Tanya Goodin is the author of 'My Brain Has Too Many Tabs Open', 'Off' and 'Stop Staring at Screens'; host of the 'It's Complicated' podcast, an award-winning digital entrepreneur and founder of digital detox movement Time To Log Off.Twice a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year award, and for the Blackberry Outstanding Women in Technology award, Tanya was inspired to set-up Time To Log Off after a 20 year career working exclusively in the online world, as research and evidence began to emerge supporting her belief that she was not alone in suffering from the adverse effects of a screen-dominated life.
