Liz Freeland is an American transplant in British Columbia, where she lives with her husband. As Elizabeth Bass, she writes women's fiction for Kensington Books. Murder in Greenwich Village, the first in the Louise Faulk series, is her first mystery. Murder in Midtown will be available in April 2019. Liz grew up in Texas and has also lived in New York, Oregon, Ontario, and Quebec. Throughout these many moves, many shelves of books have traveled with her.
