Jenny MacKay writes children's fiction and nonfiction books. She has a bachelor's degree in education and recently completed her Master of Fine Arts degree in creative writing, but despite living a rather quiet existence, she is a huge fan of true crime stories and harbors suspicions that she may have been a field agent for the FBI in a previous life. Her books on crime scene investigation have only furthered this fantasy. She is a lifelong resident of Nevada and feels a special kinship with the Wild West.
