Shelby Raebeck grew up on the east end of Long Island where, after studying and working in a variety of locations around the U.S., including Virginia, Florida, Louisiana, Utah, and California, he returned to raise his two children, Talia and Sebastian. He has published fiction in a variety of magazines and anthologies, both in the U.S. and abroad, and has also published the short story collection, Louse Point: Stories From the East End, and most recently, the novel, Sparrow Beach.
