Remmi Smith

Remmi Smith is a teen entrepreneur, author, cook, and speaker. She is the co-founder of Cook Time with Remmi, a health based company for kids and families, and Chef Club Box Fresh, a subscription healthy meal service delivering healthy meals each month. She first started at the age of eight years old by hosting a healthy cooking show called Cook Time with Remmi. The show focused on a kid teaching other kids healthy cooking by cooking healthy recipes so they could eat healthy. The show was created to combat the childhood obesity epidemic in the United States by linking the skill of cooking to improved nutrition, while encouraging kids to have fun in the kitchen.

Remmi is author to THE HEALTHY TEEN COOKBOOK, a 220-page healthy cooking cookbook that includes easy, healthy recipes aimed toward encouraging healthy eating habits for teens!

Remmi is also the author of GLOBAL COOKING FOR KIDS which is a 170-page, full color recipe cookbook with healthy recipes from all 7 continents.
