Mitsurou Kubo (?? ????, Kubo Mitsur?) is a Japanese manga artist, writer, and radio personality born in Sasebo in 1975. She is known for writing on Yuri!!! on Ice, an anime series co-created with Sayo Yamamoto. Two of her manga have been released in English; Moteki by Vertical and Again!! by Kodansha USA. She and Mineko Nomachi have a radio program called Mitsurou Kubo and Mineko Nomachi's All Night Nippon.
