About the Author

Adam Centamore

I'm a professional wine and cheese educator and writer who conducts private and corporate tastings. I'm certified by the Elizabeth Bishop Wine Program, and a member of the French Wine Society, the Society of Wine Educators, and the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. I am also the maître fromager for the Boston chapter of the Chevalier du Tastevin, a prestigious French wine society. For years I worked at Formaggio Kitchen, a world-renowned cheese importer in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Currently I serve as wine portfolio administrator for Bin Ends, an award-winning wine shop in the metro-Boston area.

When not teaching or working, I enjoy spending time with my family and engaging with my community. I love photography and I'm slowly learning French. An avid student of Mexican and French cuisine, I'm usually grilling something or another in my back yard with friends and music. I love to eat, drink, and learn.
