At the ripe age of 24, Olga Mizrahi started her career where most finish: as an instructor for the University of California, Irvine extension, where she served as one of the first web design instructors in Southern California. In the then-untamed wilderness of the late-1990s Internet, she soon found her technical skills in high demand in the private sector, where a former student convinced her to work in-house for financial giant PIMCO. Mrs. Mizrahi eventually spearheaded several successful web ventures as Director of Ecommerce in industries ranging from apparel to vitamins. After securing her MBA from Pepperdine University, Mrs. Mizrahi launched her own local boutique creative agency, ohso! design, as a vehicle to deliver design-minded marketing services executed with top-notch technical know-how.

Mrs. Mizrahi finds it extremely rewarding to help small businesses develop their marketing and branding vision, and then put that vision into action. She has also had the opportunity to observe the universality of many of the struggles her clients - from Dole to the local pediatric clinic. To address these challenges, she created easy-to-follow tips and systems that any business owner can implement.

Mrs. Mizrahi created her blog, ChunkofChange.com, as an extension of the tools she developed to assist her clients better define their Unique Value Proposition (UVP) and effectively carry that message through to results. In doing so, she has come full circle, returning to her teaching roots, distilling information down into manageable (but meaningful) how-to tips that empower small business owners to make small changes that can nonetheless have a significant impact on their bottom line.
