Sometimes making decisions can be fun—and very important!Penelope is an indecisive little girl. She likes everything she sees and has trouble when faced with having to choose what she wants. Which outfit should she wear? Which flavor of ice cream does she want to eat? Which color balloon should she choose? Everyone wants to know: "What will it be, Penelope?" But Penelope just can't decide. Not making decisions, though, has its consequences, and choices get taken from her as other people begin to choose for her, including her friend Eliza. Soon Penelope isn’' making any decisions at all. In the end, she realizes that it's much better to make her own decisions than to have somebody else make them for her, and Penelope becomes an expert decision maker.
