Jim Gilreath

The award winning author has 29 years of placing investor CEOs and other C-level executives in middle market portfolio companies for private equity firms. Skin in the Game is an essential read for M&A industry professionals, C-Suite executive job seekers, middle market private equity partners, headhunters, HR executives, MBA students and corporate hiring authorities.

Jim is a North Cambridge, MA native and his wife Diane is from Somerville, MA. They have owned Gilreath Consultancy and worked together twenty-nine years. Both are former longtime members of the Association for Corporate Growth, Concord Vine. Jim is a member of the New England Executive Resource Council (NEERC) and a former member of the Concord Chamber Music Society Board of Directors.

Jim was given the annual NEERC Professional Excellence Award in 2005 for his contributions to the retained search industry.
