Jaime Aron is a lifelong Texan - born and raised in Houston, a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, and a resident of Dallas since 1992. He worked for The Associated Press from 1991-2012, and was the AP's Texas Sports Editor from 1999-2012. In addition to regularly covering the Dallas Cowboys and Mavericks, he covered the Summer & Winter Olympics, Super Bowl, World Series, NBA Finals, Stanley Cup Finals, NCAA men's and women's Final Fours, BCS Championship and more.
