The Catholic Spiritual Practices DVD is a series of five video presentations published in partnership by Paraclete Video and The Church in the 21st Century Center, Boston College. There is a story of a young violinist who had an audition at Carnegie Hall. As she hurriedly exits the subway, she is momentarily disoriented. To her relief, she sees an old man with a violin under his arm and thinks that surely he will know. "Sir, can you tell me how to get to Carnegie Hall?" she asks. "Practice," he says, with a grin.
