Aliana Kim

Aliana Kim is a kinesiologist & biologist, Massage Therapist, and Registered Yoga Teacher. Aliana did not originally get into the healthcare field until after her first degree in Organizational Management ended up being a career field that she did not like. Aliana has always been an athlete - playing soccer from when she was a child to an adult. She is also a runner, having ran in sprint races and even long distance races. Aliana went to massage therapy school and then became licensed in Washington State, North Carolina, and Nevada. She wanted to further her education and went on to study biology with a specialization in anatomy and physiology and microbiology at the University of North Carolina. Aliana moved, and decided to enhance her education by studying kinesiology at the University of Nevada - Las Vegas. At this point in time she is swearing off school for a while! Aliana has been featured in publications such as The Box Magazine and Breaking Muscle. Aliana also co-created the health & wellness site Ragnarok Training.

On her spare time she enjoys mud runs, exercise, reading, crafting, spending time with her husband and two old dogs, hiking, and traveling.
