About the Author

Anne-Marie Faiola

I'm Anne-Marie. I'm passionate about creativity and I believe it's essential for everyone. That passion led me to found Bramble Berry Handcraft Provisions in 1998. My passion for business and creating started at a young age; I ran a small business breeding hamsters while in high school and started making and selling soap at 16. I continued selling soap at craft fairs throughout and after college. After the success of selling handmade soap, I recognized this could be an amazing business opportunity for others as well. I started Bramble Berry when I was 20 years old and haven't looked back.Through Bramble Berry I'm able to inspire, cheerlead, coach, and lead our 60,000 customers - most of whom are small businesses that sell soap at farmers markets. I believe that handmade is bestmade and that creativity is essential. My passion doesn't stop there. I want to learn everything I can about making things from scratch. In addition to business, I sit on a variety of non-profit boards and financially give back to the community. I am also an avid reader and die-hard scuba diver.I currently reside in Bellingham, WA with my entrepreneur husband (he runs an engineering firm) , and two children. My life is full, busy and sometimes hectic, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
