About the Author

Jennifer McCully

Jennifer McCully is a self-taught artist, illustrator, art educator and author who works from her home studio in Winter Park, Florida with her husband and their four girls. Jennifer's artful journey began in 2008 when she had the desire to create a mixed media painting as a gift for her oldest daughter's teacher who had won the "Teacher of the Year" award. That one creative spark opened the door to creating many, many more and Jennifer's creative career began. Jennifer's artwork is exceptionally bright and happy! In addition to creating fluid art, she enjoys painting objects such as jungle animals, plants and wild abstracts. Jennifer credits her artistic abilities to being self-taught and fearless on canvas. There is not an art technique she isn't afraid to try - and children's art is her biggest inspiration when it comes to creativity. Because Jennifer creates a wide variety of different art styles, she has been able to license her artwork to an array of retailers. Find Jennifer online at jennifermccully.com.
