She has cooked and baked her way across the country finding a way into a kitchen at every opportunity. Even in acupuncture school, Miche was known to make tasty repasts for every occasion even turning herbal remedies into palatable treats.

When Miche started her first business, SacredSweets, she began incorporating art into her baking, turning out cakes and confections that look as delicious as they taste. Embarking on a new adventure, Miche now owns and operates mali b sweets in the village of Greenport, New York where she lives with her husband and two children.

Aside from baking, Miche is an avid reader, gardener, and hand raiser. She loves making things pretty and making people's bellies smile when she is not embarrassing her children with her off key singing voice.
