Gabriela Jurosz-Landa is a cultural anthropologist and art critic, specializing in the values and realities in different cultures and societies. Her work on art appeared in publications, such as New York Arts Magazine, and she was the U.S. correspondent to Atelier Art Magazine in New York. She is an adviser on the board of Berlin-based literary contest Federleicht and www.florencebelskyfoundation. Gabriela's poetry has been published and nominated in literary publications and her artwork has been exhibited internationally.Born in Czechoslovakia, she grew up in Germany, and has lived and researched with the Maya people in Guatemala.
