Last year, Deseret Book pulished Beholding Salvation: The Life of Christ in Word and Image, which provided insights ont he paintings, sketches and sculptures being displayed at the BYU Museum of Art. To enhance this widely acclained exhibit, the Museum arranged a series of 14 lectures, given by top-notch BYU scholars, to discuss the lifea dn ministry of Jesus Christ. These speakers discuss important events in His life: His premortal ministry; His birth, baptism and temptations; the Last Supper, Gethsemane, and the Crucifixion and Resurrection. The lectures also review key teachings from Christ's parables and the Sermon on the Mount. They represent a once-in-a-lifetime "class" given by some of the most knowledgable teachers in the Church about the Light and Life of the world.
