Nancy Wick

Nancy Wick is an award-winning quiltmaker and textile artist. Nancy is author of the upcoming "The Quilt Block Book" (Creative Publishing International, September 1, 2013). She is known for using her sewing machines in innovative ways. Although her roots are in traditional quilt making, she has branched out to contemporary quilt making over the years. She enjoys teaching others how to reinterpret traditional patterns with a fresh, modern twist through color and value placement. In her more than twenty years of quilting experience, her work has appeared in the 2013 edition of the Fiber Art Almanac, the Fiber Art Companion Journal, and quilting magazines, such as the Autumn 2012 edition of McCall's America Quilts Together.
