About the Author
It all started September 1st, 1959. I successfully made it out of the womb and into this wild, wonderful world we live in. A few notable events have occurred in my life, with hopefully many more to come. At age 6 I lived on Wake Island when a Typhoon destroyed much of it. Happily, my family and I evacuated to Hawaii where I spent the balance of my childhood. I always knew I wanted to be a pilot, and started flying gliders at the age of 15. I left Hawaii at age 17 to attend the Air Force Academy. Graduating from the Academy in 1981, I went on to fly F-15 and F-5 fighters for the next seven years. In 1988, I was hired by USAirways (now American Airlines) and have been with them ever since. During this time I was married for 21 years, had three wonderful kids, and began my writing. Now I have a wonderful, eclectic, purple and blonde haired wife who joins me on my adventures. In my writing career, my first book was published in 2002, PIG GIGGLES AND RABBIT RHYMES, a book of rhyming riddles. I sold three other picture books in the next three years. Then I took a 10 year hiatus working on other projects but have finally returned to what I love. Writing! In this new chapter of my life (pun intended) , my next book to be released is HIDDEN DOODLE RHYMING RIDDLES-Volume 2; Hilarious jokes, Hidden Doodles, and every answer is Two Rhyming Words. I hope you enjoy it!
