Her acclaimed food features are read by over 500,000 people a month. She has authored 16 cookbooks including the best seller, Diabetic Meals in 30 Minutes or Less; the two-time award- winning The Diabetes Comfort Food Cookbook (The World Gourmand Award, 2011, Silver Nautilus Award, 2011) , and The Smart Shopper Diabetes Cookbook, hailed by the Washington Post as Best in 2013 Cookbooks.
