John E. Nelson is a speaker and coach on the topics of life planning, well-being, and core values. www.johnenelson.com.

John is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Wisconsin, where he is also a course instructor and seminar facilitator. His Well-Being Model integrates emerging concepts from psychology, economics, medicine, and other fields. It was selected as the structure for the retirement education program for the federal workforce, the employees of AARP, and other organizations. It provides the content for his book with Richard Bolles: What Color Is Your Parachute? For Retirement.
