Dr. Meg Myers Morgan is an expert in career development. She has helped countless mid-career women create and execute an ambitious career plan. She regularly speaks to audiences about developing a career, striving for satisfaction in work and life, and having a healthy relationship with ambition. She gave a notable TEDx Talk "Negotiating for Your Life" in 2016. Meg works as an assistant professor and leads a professional graduate program at the University of Oklahoma where she teaches in the area of management and leadership. She serves as the president for YWCA of Tulsa's Board of Directors, and was appointed to the Tulsa Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women. She was honored as a 2018 Distinguished Alumni from Drury University. Meg holds a PhD and an MPA from the University of Oklahoma, and a degree in English and Creative Writing with honors from Drury University. Meg received her training in Executive and Leadership Coaching from Columbia University. She lives in Tulsa with her husband and their two young daughters.
