Elizabeth Minchilli is the author of nine books on the joys of Italian life. She has written for over 40 magazines, and today shares her passion for Italy through her blog, best-selling apps for iTunes and Android, and through her food tours in Italy. Minchilli's passion for Italy led her from her native United States, where she studied architectural history, to Italy in 1987. She writes on food, travel and design. Her latest book is Eating My Way Through Italy, which recounts her journey's up and down Italy, following her appetite.
