"A Child's Introduction to the Night Sky" won parents' choice and teachers' choice awards and was dubbed "an excellent introductory guide" by The Dallas Morning News. "A Child's Introduction to the Environment," which he wrote with his father, had a brief cameo on "The Tonight Show." Michael's books have sold hundreds of thousands of copies. He lives with his wife and son in New York City.
