Mary-Frances Winters is the Founder and CEO of The Winters Group, Inc., a 36-year old global diversity, equity and inclusion consulting firm. She is a passionate advocate for justice and equity; a provocateur not afraid to have the difficult conversations. Mary-Frances has over three decades of experience working with corporate leaders in support of enhancing their understanding of what it is like to be the "other." Mary-Frances Winters has served on national not-for profit, corporate and university boards, and has received many awards and honors including the ATHENA award, Diversity Pioneer from Profiles in Diversity Journal, The Winds of Change from Forum on Workplace Inclusion and Forbes 10 diversity trailblazers. Ms. Winters is releasing two new books, Inclusive Conversations: Fostering Equity Empathy and Belonging Across Differences in August 2020 and Black Fatigue: How Racism Erodes the Mind, Body, and Spirit in September 2020.
