About this item

A look inside the mind of a Cleveland sports fan. For Cleveland Sports fans, 2016 was a year like no other. The Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA championship. The Cleveland Indians won the AL championship. The Cleveland Browns won a game. Painful expressions like "Red Right 88", "The Drive", "The Shot", "The Fumble". were suddenly replaced by "The Chasedown", "The Shot (Kyrie version) " and "Wow! The Browns won a game!" This book takes a humorous look at each of the teams I love. It looks at the highlights: (Cavs 2016 championship, Indians march to the World Series, the Midges) , the lowlights (The Drive, The 1997 World Series, every Browns season since 1999) It celebrates the teams we love through thick and thin.

About the Author

Phil Barth

Phil Barth was born in Northern Ohio. He experienced a life changing event at a young age on a trip to Cedar Point. His parents bought him a Cleveland Indians batting helmet. From that moment forward Phil was hooked on Cleveland sports, and the city of Cleveland itself. The Indians, Browns, Cavaliers, even the Crusaders (Hockey) and Nets (Tennis) when they were in town.

Now all grown up and living in Southern Ohio, Phil still enjoys the best of Cleveland - a Great Lakes Burning River Pale Ale and a Tribe Game on MLB Extra Innings make for a good evening.
