Everyone in Beach Haven thought Aaron and Cassie were the perfect couple. Right up until the day Cassie eloped with Aaron's best friend, that is. As a kid, I was always a voracious reader. I knew I wanted to be a writer when I grew up, but life took me on an awful lot of detours on the way there.
I write romance novels because I want to believe there is a Happily Ever After for everyone. I set my books in small-town Michigan because that is what I know, and because I love the beauty of my home state. To me, there is no more perfect place in the world than on a sandy beach with my toes in the cool waters of Lake Michigan.
