About the Author

Nanci N Smith

At heart I am still a mathematics classroom teacher. My classroom career was at the high school level with a brief stint at Arizona State University. In the past 15 years I have been in classrooms from Kindergarten to Calculus and love the uniqueness and energy of students and learning at each.

I am now a full time consultant in the areas of mathematics, differentiation and curriculum (unit design and lesson planning) . After years of "have you written a book? ", I finally have! Four in fact. I hope you enjoy them.
