Stephanie Clarke is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) , the co-founder of C&J Nutrition a nutrition counseling and communications company and the founder of Two Chickpeas, a brand dedicated to helping families sit down to more meals together. Stephanie specializes in family and women's nutrition, focusing on helping women optimize nutrition throughout the years as they navigate the preconception/fertility years, throughout pregnancy, and then throughout raising their families. Stephanie loves being in the kitchen experimenting and seeing what she can create. She's developed recipes and written about nutrition for a variety of books, magazines, and online sites, including SELF magazine, Better Homes & Gardens, Popsugar Fitness, Eating Well Magazine, and Consumer Reports. She's a regular contributor and nutrition expert in the media and hopes that one day diet culture doesn't dictate how we eat. She is a proponent of intuitive eating for adults and kids. Stephanie comes from a family of six, is a former competitive gymnast, and will jump at any opportunity to do yoga, drink tea/coffee with friends, and sit down to a big family meal. She lives in the DC area with her two daughters and husband Jason.
