Rob's debut mystery, DEVIL'S CHEW TOY, is a nominee for Best Debut Mystery Novel at the 2023 Left Coast Crime Conference and made The Best of Lists from Crime Reads Traditional Mysteries, The BOLO Books Review, Book Riot, and POPSUGAR. The second book in the Hayden & Friends Mystery Series--CIRQUE DU SLAY--is due in Spring 2024. The traditional mysteries feature a rainbow cast of very amateur sleuths. Rob's debut mystery short story, ANALOGUE, published in ELLERY QUEEN MYSTERY MAGAZINE (EQMM) , won the Mystery Writers of America 2022 Robert L Fish Award for best debut short story by an American Author.
