About the Author

Juliet Gray

Juliet's writing and theatrical career has taken her to many spectacular places such as snorkeling around the islands of the Galapagos, exploring the wilds of South Africa and living in the urban jungle of New York City. She spent a year as a company member at the Burt Reynolds Theatre where she wrote and debuted her one-woman show, Where's Romeo?, which Mr. Reynolds helped to develop. Since then Juliet's career highlights include: working with Ann Reinking to write and research a new musical and choreograph a benefit concert with Paul Newman, performing with the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre's improvisation company and producing theatre in NYC with Back House Productions, responsible for the Tony award-winning musical In the Heights. Juliet continues to direct and produce theatre (most recently a benefit starring Ben Vereen), write and edit (for various publications and websites like Delta Sky magazine and AOL's patch.com) and teach writing and acting at Broadway Theatre Project, where she is a resident faculty member and director. She lives in and works from her home in the Florida Keys.
