About the Author
Nina Tassler has worked as an entertainment executive in television and theater for more than thirty years. After earning a degree in theater arts from Boston University, she began her professional career working behind the scenes at the Roundabout Theatre Company in New York City. She moved to Los Angeles where she worked as a talent agent at Triad Artists before shifting into television development. In 1990, she began a professional association with future CBS Corporation president and CEO Leslie Moonves that would span three companies: Lorimar Productions, Warner Bros., and CBS. After nearly twenty years at CBS, Tassler stepped down as chairman of CBS Entertainment in January 2016. Of all her accomplishments, Tassler is proudest of her marriage to actor-director Jerry Levine and their amazing kids, Matthew and Alice.
