JULIE HOUTS is a Brooklyn-based illustrator and womenswear designer. She was raised in Indiana and Missouri before studying at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Parsons School of Design. Vogue has described Houts' work as being "about the creating, and the unraveling of modern female identity." She has also been featured in Man Repeller, Stylebop, and Refinery29.
