Marne Ventura is the author of more than one hundred books for children. A former elementary school teacher, she holds a Master's Degree in Reading and Language Development from the University of California. Marne's nonfiction titles cover a wide range of topics, including STEM, arts and crafts, food and cooking, biographies, health, and survival. Her fiction series, the Worry Warriors, tells the story of four brave kids who learn to conquer everyday fears. Marne enjoys cooking and baking, sewing, word games, and walks and hikes on the beautiful central coast of California. She and her husband have three grown children and seven grandchildren.
