Tee Major

Tee's passion and love for fitness and strength & conditioning comes from over 10 years of involvement in organized sports, including his outstanding career as a 4-sport high school stand out in Pearland, Texas - 3-year track and field letterman, captain and district champion; 2-year football letterman and captain; 2-year cross country letterman; and 2-year basketball letterman. From there Tee accepted a scholarship to play football at Bryant University, where he had a stellar career and was voted team captain, special teams captain, and special teams player of the year as a senior.

In 2008, Tee decided to launch his own business, Tee Major Fitness, which specialized in personal training, small group training, and online consultation mainly for adults looking to get in shape. He has helped clients accomplish their goals at both the corporate and private level having trained individuals and groups through Boston Sports Clubs (Towne Sports International) and Method Fitness (Private) . He also worked as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the Division I level with the Bryant University football team.

During his transition into the fitness world, Tee managed to model for the top names in fitness apparel. His list of clients include: Reebok Co., Adidas, Puma, New Balance, and Nike among many other retailers and commercial companies. His hard work and dedication to fitness earned him the Best Body Boston in 2010, awarded by Stuff Magazine. Add a blossoming acting career with spots and major roles in commercials, independent movies, and feature films and you can see how Tee can relate to many of audience.

Tee joined Athletic Evolution, the Northeast official Nike S.P.A.R.Q. training facility, in May of 2010 as a Sales Manager and Strength Coach. His choice to join a business and facility that specialized in athletic enhancement of youth, amateur, and professional athletes was a new and exciting step in his development as one of the best trainers in the nation. Tee's unique skill set in sales and his passion for training made him a key addition to the AE team.

In April of 2011, Tee decided to take his talents internationally. As part of Operation Iraqi Freedom, he served as a Personal Trainer to the United States Army on COB Adder in An Nasiriyah, Iraq. Although he was not directly fighting the war, the opportunity to serve the men and women of our armed forces in an austere environment was an invaluable experience.

2012 - Tee then served as a Military Fitness Instructor on an U.S. Air Force transit base as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. This base served as the main transit base for troops coming to and from the battlefield in Afghanistan. The base hosted over 3,000 troops, DOD personnel, and host country civilians.
