Christine Chen is an Emmy award-winning news anchor/reporter, wellness writer and editor, multi-certified yoga teacher, and former Athleta-sponsored athlete.

A long time ago, she tried yoga to cope with intense stress and chronic back pain. At first, she really didn't like yoga. Then, she fell in love with it. It transformed the way she lives and inspired her to change her life so she could feel better, be happier, and help others do the same for themselves!

Originally from San Francisco, and a longtime resident of Seattle, she lives in Manhattan with her husband. When she's not on the mat or in class, she's exploring the world and doing bits of yoga anytime, anywhere.
