The Peached Tortilla is a multi-faceted hospitality company that includes two food trucks, three brick and mortar restaurants, an event space and a full service catering division. Born in Tokyo, Japan to a Chinese mother and Jewish American father, Silverstein moved to Atlanta at the age of eleven. His food influences from an early age have shaped his cooking style, which he describes as modern Asian comfort food. In his free time, Silverstein can be found hanging out with his family and watching Atlanta sports teams as he waits for the city's first major championship in over two decades.
