About this item

In all of nature, humankind alone seems to have a virtual monopoly on psychological suffering. This does not need to be, for as written centuries ago in the great and timeless wisdom of the ancient scriptures, the time has come to know the 'Truth that shall set you free' Wind Chimes is an encapsulation of this wisdom, giving the reader a sound basis for their own further spiritual search. It is intended to simply guide you directly towards your own realization of the absolute Truth of Being, of your Being, no matter who you are. This deep truth is not something to be attained, but has always been within you. This knowing will lead you to a deep sense of inner peace and an effective, stress free way of living.

About the Author

James R. Heldwein

James R Heldwein lives with his wife, Rose in upstate New York. His extended family lives nearby. He studied audio technology at Eastman School of Music and in 1995 received his Series 7 license for financial services.
What began as daily journals, documenting his struggles with anxiety disorders, (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder) , eventually and unexpectedly evolved into an inner exploration resulting in the discovery that all we ever yearn for is already inherently present.
His journal entries began to record the process involved, through trial and error, as well as the outcome of various methods of self-inquiry.
James was always interested in the human mind and in his early 20's sought out many books from self-improvement to the disciplines of Zen as well as all the ancient scriptures. Here, he first learned of and became fascinated by the term 'enlightenment'.
The conclusion reached in both his published works is that this exotic sounding term is not an experience reserved for a very select few but always available as everyone's most intimate, direct and always available experience.
