Irena Macri is a well-known food blogger and cookbook author with multiple books and a leading healthy eating program under her belt. She is the founder and publisher of a hugely popular Eat Drink Paleo blog, and a co-founder of of the Happy Body Formula 9-week program and online hub.

Irena is best known for her internationally published "Eat Drink Paleo Cookbook" (with Penguin Random House) as well as "Happy Go Paleo", "Culinary Guide To Herbs & Spices", "7-Day Paleo Make Ahead Meal Plan" and "Salad A Day: 45 Salad Meals For Health & Vitality".

Born in the Ukraine, Irena moved to Australia with her parents at the age of 16. She has since travelled all around the world and is currently living in London, UK.
