Travis Nichols is a writer, illustrator, Texan, and cartoonist living in San Francisco. He is the author and illustrator of Fowl Play, Monstrous Fun, Matthew Meets the Man, The Monster Doodle Book, and Punk Rock Etiquette: The Ultimate How-To Guide for DIY, Punk, Indie, and Underground Bands, which was awarded a Blue Ribbon by the Bulletin for the Center for Children's Books and was nominated by YALSA as one of the 2009 Popular Paperbacks for Young Adults. His comics appeared in the late, great Nickelodeon Magazine (RIP) . One of his comics was listed in the Best American Comics 2006 anthology.
