Portland, Oregon-based food writer and cookbook author Ellen Jackson loves pie and words in equal measure. An award-winning pastry chef who combined an English degree and experience in commercial publishing with a culinary degree and 12 years in some of Portland's finest restaurant kitchens, Ellen is also a food stylist and recipe developer.
