Sandrine Pelissier

Sandrine Pelissier has been living in North Vancouver, Canada for the last 15 years. She teaches workshops in her North Vancouver studio, and via several Vancouver-area arts associations.

She is an adventurous artist who enjoys experimenting with various media and techniques. She is inspired by exciting patterns in both nature and cityscape and has a fascination for people and faces. Although her art could be described as somewhat realistic there is often a bit of abstraction or a part left to chance or fantasy in her work.

She has had paintings exhibited in numerous juried exhibitions in Canada and in the United States. Sandrine has been featured in Watercolor Artist magazine , The Artist Magazine and International Artist magazine and has been published in several books including the Splash series: Splash 11, 12, 13, 15, 16 and 17 Watermedia Best of Worldwide, Acrylic Works 2 and 3 and Incite 1, 2 and 4 the best of mixed media.
