About the Author
Jessica Cohn is an author and editor specializing in educational materials. Born in Michigan, she is a daughter of teachers. Her original intention was to teach language arts. While exploring the field of communications, she moved from the classroom to newsrooms to educational publishing. She earned degrees in English from the University of Michigan and written communications from National-Louis University. She has written news and feature articles, advertising scripts and print promotions, and has authored dozens of educational nonfiction books (and no, not the invented story recently self-published in CreateSpace by a teenager using the same name) .
