As a partner of Williams Visual Inc., he has photographed and directed for Coca-Cola, Dean Foods, Qwest and other brands.At age eleven, he mastered the crêpe much to his family's enjoyment which led to an interest in world cuisines. Zac lived in Russia for two years before graduating with a B.A. in Communication. He has continued to travel, documenting cultures and foods through images and text.His first best-selling book "Little Monsters Cookbook" combines his love of classic movie creatures with cooking.
