About the Author
Lynn Arave is a native Utahn and a graduate of Weber State University in communications and human performance. He is a retired newspaper reporter who worked as a journalist for more than 32 years. An avid walker and hiker, he has hiked the Grand Canyon, to the top of Mt. St. Helen's and Mount Whitney, as well as to Kings Peak and back home in a day. He also loves dogs, sci-fi, Superman comic books, reading and travel.He is also a former marathoner and collegiate cross country runner.He currently lives in Layton, Ut., with his wife, LeAnn. They are the parents of four children - Roger (wife is Whitney), Steven (University of Utah graduate student) , Elizabeth Hafen (husband is Daniel Hafen); and Taylor (attending Layton High).
