Gregor Demarkian grew up in Philadelphia?s Armenian-American enclave known as Cavanaugh Street. After a storied career in the FBI, he returned to the rapidly gentrifying neighborhood that retains some of the friends and flavors of his youth. Among them is his best friend, Father Tibor Kasparian, the local Armenian-Orthodox parish priest and a genuinely gentle soul. So when Father Tibor is arrested for murder, it tears at the very foundation of Gregor?s world.
