The Marriage Sabbatical: The Journey That Brings You Home was featured in major media worldwide, including the BBC, NPR, the Nightly News with Tom Brokaw, the Oprah Winfrey Show, the London Times, the LA Times, the NY Times, and the New Yorker. She has written for many national and regional publications, including The Wall Street Journal, the Chicago Tribune, Publishers Weekly, Cosmopolitan, Redbook, More, Woman's Day, Reader's Digest and Writer's Digest. A former television producer and magazine and newspaper editor, she has taught writing at the University of Southern California and at Washington University and Webster University in St. Louis.
