About the Author
Ron Emmons (www.ronemmons.com) is a British writer and photographer who lived and worked for long periods in Africa and the Americas before moving to North Thailand, where he is now based. He is the author of several guide books as well as the photographic Portrait of Thailand (New Holland, 2008) .
