Mark Horstman

Mark Horstman is co-founder of Manager Tools, a management consulting firm. Manager Tools coaches and trains managers, executives and organizations on how to manage people for effectiveness. Mark has consulted at clients such as Apple, General Motors, Daimler, the Department of Justice, Genentech, General Electric, Morgan Stanley, the Federal Reserve Bank, Ultimate Software and Workday.

The Manager Tools Podcast is one of the top ten business podcasts on Itunes. It has three times been awarded Business Podcast of the Year, and was best podcast (of any type) in 2008. It has over 1 million listeners a month.

Mr. Horstman is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Following his military career, he worked in sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble, and has been consulting to and training managers for the past 25 years.

He lives in Pebble Beach, California.
